Web3 Content Lead

As Content Lead, you will spearhead a core part of our growth by owning and developing our content and product marketing strategy.

We are looking for someone with a passion for crypto and Web3 to create forward-looking thought-leadership content for crypto-native audiences, but also have the perspective and flexibility to help onboard the mainstream onto Phantom. This is a unique opportunity to build out a Content strategy and team at one of the leading companies in crypto and Web3.

Responsibilities

• Leading the strategy of several content-focused projects that Phantom is working on
• Working cross-functionally with Product and Design to build out industry-leading editorial and educational experiences for different user segments
• Building and managing a team of full-time and/or freelance writers to scale our content production efforts
• Owning our overall GTM content and messaging strategy for new product features and launches
• Using analytics and reporting to discover insights and drive content development strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing or product marketing and other relevant fields such as market research or journalism
• Strong project and team management skills - driving projects from insight to ideation to execution
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts into content that is easy to understand
• Expertise in writing, but a strong track record working with other forms of content including video and audio
• A passion in Web3 culture, DApps (NFT marketplaces, DeFi, Gaming), and the Solana/Ethereum ecosystems
• Understanding of SEO best practices such as keyword research and backlink strategies is a plus
• Experience working with and speaking to developer audiences is a plus
