Web3 Core Developer (Python)

Current work include but is not limited to developing:

• a capture system that records the large amount of data related to our own trading activities on exchanges
• a reconciliation engine that should be capable of handling up to 100M transactions per day
• the GUI used by traders for their day-to-day activities
• a settlement system that automates settlement with our RFQ and OTC counterparties who trade directly with us instead of going through exchanges
• a storage system for the large number of features used by quants in their research

Hard skills requirements

• Full-time working experience with Python 3 and experience with a compiled language, ideally C++
• Experience with an SQL database, ideally Postgres. 
• Familiarity with Linux, on desktops and servers
• Experience working with reconciliation, risk or other middle office systems would be an advantage, but not required
