đ About You
- 10 years of software engineering experience.
- Prior experience as a Staff Software Engineer or a more senior engineering role
- Mastery of at least one language (we primarily use Python, Elixir, JavaScript, and are open to others).
- Expert at data architecture
- Excellent product instincts. You first think about users rather than the best technical solution.
- You are known for shipping products and features lightning-fast.
- Youâre an excellent problem solver and donât need to be told exactly what to do.
- Proven track record of delivering features.
- Product Management experience.
- AWS/DevOps experience
- Startup experience at a high-growth company.
