The Role

Swan Bitcoin is looking for an FP&A Manager to join our accounting and finance team. We’re looking for a Bitcoiner with 5 years of experience as a financial analyst, accountant, or auditor. This position will be reporting to the Director of Finance.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will plan, forecast, budget, and analyze activities that support our company's major business decisions.

• Operational Modeling of complex financial scenarios to support business decision-making
• Continuous Planning to support the annual planning and budget/forecast processes, developing short- and long-range targets, while tracking and reporting on performance
• Financial Reporting on month-end financial results for the purpose of management reporting; drive a process for integrating actual results into the latest forecast
• Business Partnership with teams across the company to develop a granular understanding of the key customer, operational, and financial metrics to drive growth
• Strategic Analysis developing business cases, providing financial analysis, and driving the FP&A function

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

• Adept at working in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with FP&A budgeting and forecasting software is a plus
• Must know spreadsheet modeling, financial statements, income balance sheets, cash flow, and KPIs into financial statements
• Works well independently
• Takes ownership of responsibilities
• Flexible with working hours
