Graphic Designer - Web3 Gaming

Zynga is looking for an outstanding graphic designer to join the new Web3 organization and support the Visual Direction across the ZBC portfolio. This work encompasses an art role with many touchpoints (UI, 2D, 3D, etc.) to support the game’s Creative Direction at all stages of development from pre-dev to live-ops.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and evolve all aspects of design relating to the Brand IP.
• Design concepts and layouts for marketing calendar content, assets include social posts, gifs, memes, graphics for video etc.
  Ensure all touchpoints, including marketing assets and vendors/partners adhere to the brand design guidelines
• Create new design concepts in response to marketing and creative briefs.
  Collaborate with UX/UI to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Follow brand standards for external clients closely, as well as internal game and partner teams
• Effectively present and communicate the merits of your work to a wide variety of team personnel, including account managers, designers, software developers, and more
• Work with Creative Director to both conceptualize and iterate on compositions for deployment across desktop and mobile platforms
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience. Advanced knowledge of design principles such as color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and more. The ideal candidate has an active interest in contemporary street >
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Figma; proven understanding of Responsive Web Design principles. 3D experience Adobe dimension, Maya, Blender skills a plus.
• Packaging design experience a plus
• Knowledge of web3 and generative art. Candidates should have an interest in creative technology, art, phygital/brand experience, digital and irl collectibles and gaming.
• Highly independent; capable of receiving a brief, asking relevant questions, then completing the work in a manner that addresses the project’s goals
• Diligent to design feedback and able to quickly iterate on compositions based on creative feedback
• Ability to execute on tight deadlines
• Team player with a desire to place focus on the success of the team versus individual
• Link to an online portfolio, featuring work specific to the mobile ad space
