Head of Growth - Web3 EdTech Startup

This role is remote and can work anywhere in the world.

At Patika.dev, our mission is to become the #1 go-to-place for anyone in the world curious about using and building web3. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Growth who will be responsible for driving learner acquisition and spearheading our growth strategy. This is a key role, helping us achieve our mission of becoming the go-to-place for web3 learning and development!

Responsibilities:

• Key KPI: Learner acquisition. You will drive learner growth through various means, including but not limited to ads, content marketing, PR, SEO, and influencer marketing.
• Create and implement the growth strategy, identify growth levers and the best growth channels to attract and onboard new learners to our training programs.
• Utilize especially the following growth channels that work well in web3: Twitter, IRL events/meetups and Discord.
• Run data-driven experiments such as A/B testing to learn how to get more learners, conversions, or referrals.
• Analyze, interpret and present data to extract actionable insights that inform growth strategies.
• Work with the product team closely to use product experience insights and to formulate hypotheses for experiments and to improve the product for better conversions.
• Manage newsletters and email campaigns to turn mailing list signups into new learners and to keep existing users engaged.
• Develop referral programs.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in driving learner acquisition and growth in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the edtech / web3 industry.
• Passion in edtech and onboarding talent to web3.
• Strong expertise in growth channels such as Twitter, IRL events/meetups, and Discord.
• Experience running data-driven experiments, including A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Deep understanding and passion for Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies; and the developer and product community around the world who has an interest in transitioning to web3.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and implementing innovative growth strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
