About the role:
We are looking for a Head of Web3 Partnerships who can manage current relationships, develop future relationships with L1’s, Protocols, DAO’s and other Web3 companies and grow a high performing team to deliver on Stability’s vision within the Web3 community. You should have strong knowledge of the Web3 technology ecosystem and the ability to lead channel partner discussions. Experience with enterprise scale companies is important as we expand our offering.

- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technology entities. L1’s, DAOs, DeFi projects, Non-Fungible Token (NFT) platforms, and others
- Collaboration Management: Oversee collaboration efforts with partners, ensuring joint projects are executed effectively and that mutual benefits are maximized
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on the latest developments, trends, and opportunities in the Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technology sectors
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the product, technology, and marketing teams, to align partnership strategies with the company's objectives
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 space. This could include new markets, products, or services
- Event Participation: Represent the company at relevant industry events, webinars, and conferences, driving brand awareness and networking with potential partners
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with partners and stakeholders, ensuring agreements are beneficial and in line with the company's goals and values
- Deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies, along with their applications and implications for various industries
- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field. Prior experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry is highly desired
- Established network of contacts in the Web3, blockchain, or decentralized technology spaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively to external partners
- Proven ability to negotiate and finalize agreements with partners
- Ability to identify strategic partnership opportunities and align them with the company's business goals
- Strong ability to work in a team environment, coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional certifications related to blockchain technology or business development can be an added advantage
