Web3 ServiceNow Tester

📌 ServiceNow Tester – Manual & Automation (Contractor, Remote, LATAM) We’re looking for a ServiceNow Tester to join a growing ServiceNow team at one of our major customers. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level QA who enjoys hands-on testing and wants to grow into automation, helping build and mature the QA practice for the ServiceNow platform. You’ll start with a strong focus on manual testing, gradually taking ownership of test automation using ServiceNow ATF, in close collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Systems Analysts.

🗓 Start date: ASAP📆 Contract type: Contractor, Full-Time, Remote🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Execute manual testing for ServiceNow applications, mainly ITSM and CSM Develop and maintain test cases and test plans Identify, document, and track defects using QA tools Perform regression testing to ensure platform stability Collaborate with POs and stakeholders to understand requirements Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Begin designing and implementing automated tests using ServiceNow ATF Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices

✅ What You Need to Succeed Must-haves

3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow (any module) Strong background in manual testing Experience or working knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) Familiarity with test case management and defect tracking tools Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team

Nice-to-haves

Experience with Selenium or other automation tools ServiceNow certification Experience working in Agile environments Exposure to large-scale or enterprise platforms
