Position Overview:

As a Senior Product Designer on our team, you’ll help shape the future of decentralized finance for individuals and businesses across the world. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to design intuitive, user-centered experiences across our platform. You’ll take ownership of the design process from research to execution, leading UX and UI work across key initiatives.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the head of product & design to create user-centered designs for web and mobile app platforms.

• Craft experiences that meet changing legal requirements, delivering compliant yet delightful flows under tight timelines.

• Collaborate with our Go-To-Market team on our brand and website experience.

• Assist in user research, competitor audits, and testing sessions to identify insights and opportunities.

• Participate in design critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years experience

• Experience designing for consumer-facing web and mobile applications

• Strong UX thinking, visual design, and communication skills

• Passionate about crypto, blockchain, and DeFi

• Experience with motion design tools such as Rive also a plus

• Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools

• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
