Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds.

We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.

Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more.

We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue to grow the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.

About the role

Ondo Finance, a leader in tokenized real-world assets seeks a Partner Success Lead to drive B2B partner success for our tokenized stocks initiative, Ondo Global Markets.

This role is pivotal to scaling Ondo’s ecosystem, requiring a balance of organization, meticulous execution, strategic relationship-building and a bias towards action despite ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end client integrations for Ondo Global Markets, ensuring seamless adoption of tokenized U.S. stocks/ETFs on blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum)
  • Develop and execute structured processes (e.g., checklists, audits) to track progress, mitigate risks (e.g., regulatory shifts, blockchain congestion), and maintain compliance
  • Communicate effectively with institutional clients, addressing nuanced concerns (e.g., volatility, interoperability) while fostering trust and collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tech, operations) via clear updates (e.g., dashboards, syncs) to align on project goals and resolve ambiguities
  • Strategize enhancements for Ondo Global Markets, proposing data-driven plans to expand assets, improve interoperability, and boost partner adoption

Requirements

  • Strong client-facing abilities to explain tokenized assets and guide partners through technical/regulatory challenges
  • Comfort with ambiguity in fast-evolving onchain/RWA landscapes, with proactive problem-solving
  • Exceptional organizational skills with tools/processes for tracking complex projects
  • Familiarity with blockchain, tokenized assets, or crypto ecosystems is a plus
