Unleashing the promise of wallets is at the very core of our work at Dynamic.‍Our product:Check out a product walkthrough of Dynamic here:‍Role Overview:You will be a fantastic fit for the Data Scientist/Engineer Lead role at Dynamic if: You have a proven track record of designing and implementing data science solutions and engineering complex datasets, ideally for at least 5+ years. You are proficient in machine learning, statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling, and have strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R. You possess experience with data engineering tools and frameworks such as SQL, Hadoop, Spark, or similar technologies. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, excelling in an asynchronous environment (like Slack). You thrive in small teams, enjoy having significant ownership over the data science and engineering strategy, and are comfortable making strategic decisions. You make decisions based on what's best for the company and the product, rather than personal interests. Explore leadership development opportunities, earn a competitive salary, and take advantage of a range of benefits offered by Dynamic. ‍Your Responsibilities:As a Data Scientist/Engineer at Dynamic, you will: Lead the process of understanding, analyzing, and reporting key sales metrics including MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue), ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), churn rates, and other relevant data. Go beyond the surface data to understand our sales funnels for different pricing tiers, providing deep insights that will drive our strategic decisions. Apply your data science skills to analyze large amounts of raw information and perform data mining. Work with sales and marketing data to identify trends and insights that can inform strategic business decisions. Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to extract business insights. Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. Collaborate with other engineers and product managers to align data efforts with business goals and user needs. ‍Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases. Experience in working with Retool for building internal tools is a plus. Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
