Web3 Head of Business Development

Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to spearhead Noble’s strategic growth initiatives. This role will report to the CEO and will be integral to establishing Noble as a leader in the DeFi and Stablecoin & Real World Asset (RWA) space. You will lead efforts to obtain and drive meaningful partnerships and business opportunities for Noble. This position requires deep industry knowledge of traditional and decentralized finance (TradFi and DeFi).

GROWTH & GTM STRATEGY

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market and growth strategies for Noble’s products (Noble Dollar, Noble Swaps, Noble Lend, etc)  Own and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution Identify, engage, and close deals for new asset issuers, Noble Dollar integration partners, DeFi partnerships, and more

PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key ecosystem players, including but not limited to institutional partners, exchanges, wallets, payment apps, and liquidity providers to drive adoption and integration with Noble’s existing and future products Monitor the partner experience and report feedback to product and engineering to inform future development

CROSS-TEAM COLLABORATION

Partner with product and engineering to support launches and align GTM strategies with user needs Provide regular reports to executive leadership on business development efforts and your pipeline, include KPIs, project milestones, and measurable results

ANALYTICS

Understand market trends and analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities 

COMMUNITY & NETWORK BUILDING

Attend key industry events and act as the face of Noble to promote awareness and adoption of Noble’s products Engage in online discussions like Twitter/X spaces and AMAs, positioning Noble as a leader in the space

Requirements 

5+ years of experience working in account management, BD, or partnerships, preferably in Web3 or DeFi Experience in structuring and closing partnership deals, with a track record of successful collaborations Deep understanding of DeFi,  stablecoins, and RWA Strong ability to derive actionable insights from data and apply them to drive strategy and decision making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem solving skills
