Web3 Community Engagement Lead for Pre-TGE Activation

SkyTrade is pioneering the world's first air rights marketplace, bridging Real World Assets (RWA) and Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN).

We work with major real estate firms, agents, brokers, homeowners, governments, and drone operators to create a seamless ecosystem for monetizing and managing low-altitude airspace. We have over $40M in air rights assets on the platform already and partnerships in the pipeline with over 28 cities. we have over $10M in teleco assets with telco developers and a pipeline in the tens of millions, and we have barely started.

Our platform works for both crypto enthusiasts and traditional real estate stakeholders through innovative tools, smart contracts, and reward systems like SKY Points.

• SkyTrade for core marketplace trading functions of air rights.

What You Will Do

Your core mission is to develop and mobilize the SkyTrade community in the lead-up to our Token Generation Event (TGE), focusing on organic growth, high-engagement interactions, and positioning us for seamless integration with leading DEXs.

This isn't about passive posting; it's about cultivating a vibrant, mission-aligned network that demonstrates strong demand and credibility.

• Drive community hype and participation across platforms like Discord, Telegram, X, and emerging Web3 channels to build momentum pre-TGE.
• Educate and activate users on SkyTrade's value proposition, including air rights trading, radar network contributions, and referral rewards, while tying these to broader RWA and DePIN narratives.
• Foster genuine discussions, answer queries, counter misinformation, and amplify positive stories to create a welcoming, informed ecosystem.
• Monitor and report key metrics like member growth, engagement rates, and sentiment to inform strategy and relay insights back to the team.
• Identify and empower super-users, advocates, and potential ambassadors who can vouch for the project organically.
• Propose and implement growth hacks, such as gamified incentives or cross-community collaborations, to attract high-quality participants.
• Research and align community efforts with general DEX listing criteria, such as demonstrating robust liquidity interest, organic endorsements, and ecosystem fit, to enhance post-TGE visibility.

Who You Are

• You're a battle-tested community architect with deep roots in crypto.
• You understand how strong, engaged communities can influence DEX integrations by showcasing demand, security, and utility, without relying on paid shills.
• You've navigated the chaos of pre-launch phases before.
• Familiarity with airdrop mechanics, grassroots marketing and launching communities from zero to hero in RWA/DePIN ecosystems.
• Fluent in the tools of the trade: Discord/Telegram moderation, X analytics, engagement bots, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Dune.
• Proactive and ownership-driven, you spot opportunities, execute quickly, and iterate based on data.
• Excellent English communication; multilingual skills are a bonus for global reach.
• Allergic to artificial engagement; you focus on authentic growth that aligns with project missions.

Key Skills and Knowledge

• Understanding of Web3 culture, including memes, FUD management, and ecosystem trends in RWA and DePIN.
• Knowledge of DEX ecosystems: Awareness of general criteria for token visibility or verification, such as minimum liquidity thresholds, organic community support (e.g., endorsements from credible accounts), project legitimacy via audits/security standards, market demand signals, and compliance with chain-specific rules.
• Experience in event coordination: AMAs, virtual meetups, or incentive programs to boost participation.
• Strategic mindset for pre-TGE plays: Building proof-of-community through metrics like active users, social proofs, and cross-project collaborations.
