QA Engineer (Crypto Exchange)

About the Company The company is the world’s first licensed hybrid decentralized exchange (DEX), on a mission to make wealth-building as natural as daily life. It is building a compliant, self-custodial platform for premium tokenized strategies—from crypto to alternative investments—on trusted infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to design and implement comprehensive test strategies for new features across Web, iOS, Android, and API environments.

End-to-End Test Execution: Conduct rigorous functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing for mission-critical components, specifically targeting Order Matching Engines, Market Data, Trade Data, and Risk modules.

Test Management: Author and manage detailed test cases encompassing positive, negative, and edge-case scenarios; provide development teams with structured test plans and post-release reports.

Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, document, and triage defects with precise reproduction steps. Classify issues by risk level and proactively communicate "blocker" bugs to ensure timely resolution.

System Troubleshooting: Investigate and troubleshoot failed tests across distributed systems to identify root causes and ensure platform stability.

Key Requirements

Testing Mastery: Deep technical expertise in QA methodologies and testing practices across both Web and Mobile platforms.

Protocol Familiarity: Hands-on experience testing REST API, WebSockets, GraphQL, and JSON-RPC protocols, preferably within a high-frequency trading or financial services context.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to navigate complex backend architectures and validate data integrity within decentralized or centralized exchange systems.

Communication: Strong ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Technical Tool Proficiency

Test Management: Experience with industry-standard tools such as TestRail, Jira Xray, or Zephyr.

Log Analysis & Monitoring: Proficiency in analyzing system health using Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog.

Testing Utilities: Skilled in using Postman for API validation and Firebase for mobile app monitoring and crash analytics.
