About the Opportunity
The Growth Manager will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for OKX in Brazil, with a particular focus on KOL (Key Opinion Leader) business development, contract support, and promotional campaign activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
KOL Business Development Support:
- Support the identification and engagement of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers within the digital asset and broader financial technology sectors.
- Assist in the coordination and negotiation of contracts with KOLs.
- Help develop and execute promotional campaigns leveraging KOL partnerships to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the implementation of OKX's marketing and growth strategy for Brazil, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Help create and manage multi-channel marketing plans that include digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activation.
Campaign Management Assistance:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of promotional campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to the marketing team.
Performance Tracking:
- Help identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Contribute to regular reports on marketing performance and growth initiatives.
User Communication:
- Assist in user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Help tailor communication strategies to specific user segments to enhance user experience and engagement.
User Lifecycle Management:
- Support the user lifecycle management process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies.
- Assist in driving the growth of OKX’s user base through innovative and effective marketing tactics.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring that all marketing efforts comply with local regulations and are effectively positioned to leverage potential opportunities arising from regulatory changes.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Familiarity with KOL/influencer marketing and contract negotiation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
