Web3 Lead QA Test Engineer

• You report directly to the CTO.

• You create, execute and maintain tests according to test scripts and test plans.

• You are required to lead the testing effort both for a mobile app on Android and iOS platforms, and a security focused hardware device.
• You report issues found back to development and/or project management teams and/or implementation teams.
• You may be required to develop and maintain testing tools to be used by the broader team.
  
• You document and formalize the Test/QA procedures, so that the process can continually be reviewed and improved.
• You revise and approve quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures; ensure alignment with global IT strategy and/or development plans.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.

• Extensive knowledge of engineering and QA/Testing methodology. Minimum of 5 years experience (Preferred).
  

• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to project manage.
• Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box.
• High-level technical writing skills.
  

• You are autonomous, proactive and capable of self-training.

• Nice to have:
  • Experience with continuous integration / deployment solutions.
  • Good knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Appium ...) .
  • Specialist certifications in QA/Testing methodology
  • You are a crypto and blockchain enthusiast.
