THE ROLE

As an Operations Coordinator, CIT (Cash-in-Transit), you will work with various global logistics companies to manage the secure asset transportation of over 300 Bitcoin Kiosks locations hosted by our franchise partners such as: Hasty Market, Gateway Newstands, Quickie Convenience as well as other independent retailers across North America.

This position is remote during the pandemic and will be based out of our head office in Toronto, Ontario. You will report to our VP, Operations. Travel to our partner locations may be required from time to time within North America.

YOUR IMPACT

• Coordinate with various global cash-in-transit (CIT) logistics partners to dispatch replenishment delivery and deposit pick up
• Audit external CIT replenishment delivery and deposit pick up reports
• Investigate discrepancies when reconciling external CIT report with internal reporting system
• Communicate frequently with CIT partners and manage expectations such as providing training on standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with our Operations team and CIT partners to coordinate all new installation requests and ensure all parties have the required equipment to install and service Kiosks
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure all new markets have CIT partner coverage prior to expanding
• Develop process improvements and strategic planning to optimize the cost of the services used

THIS IS YOU

• 2+ years experience in financial or ATM operations (or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of lean/process improvement methodologies
• Strong ability to manage multiple high priority tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Google and Microsoft office suite

NICE TO HAVE

• Fluent in French and/or Spanish (verbal and written)
• Knowledge or keen interest of Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency industry
