About the Role:
We are looking for a Partnership Associate to assist our strategy manager and help developing relationships with high-impact corporates, universities, governments, technology companies, entrepreneurs, and investors.
The Partnership Associate is a cross-functional role between the strategy for core business operations (e.g. accelerator programs, funds, strategic acquisitions, portfolio collaborations, franchise partnerships, deal scouting, etc) and for developing new venture projects (i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core business). 
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure and understand the growth drivers behind different industry verticals across FoodTech, Blockchain, NFT, Metaverse, Decentralized Finance, Gaming, to name a few.

What you will do:

    • Manage operational and administrative aspects of the Partnership program
    • Conduct targeted outreach to gather data and support engagement of potential and existing partners
    • Identify opportunities and pitch to current and potential partners
    • Brainstorm with colleagues & experts from diverse backgrounds to identify opportunities where Brinc offerings and/or portfolio companies can help potential partners achieve their goals
    • Collaborate across portfolio, accelerators, funds, and sales to identify key areas across the Brinc platform that can be used to give insight and learnings to partners
    • Support sales teams in driving partner strategies and execution by working closely with Brinc leadership teams to exceed revenue goals while fostering a culture of excellence

Requirements:

    • 2 years minimum experience in a consulting, start-up or partnerships role;
    • Strong written and communication skills;
    • Experience with CRM tools, such as HubSpot or SalesForce;
    • Quick responder with a willingness to take initiative;
    • Experience working with senior management or board members;
    • Must be able to multi-task and handle problems quickly and efficiently;
    • Proficient in Google Drive (gmail, docs, sheets, forms and slides), MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
    • Experience preparing presentations and progress reports;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills;
    • Strong eye for details and a focus on quality control.
