In this role:

We are looking for our new Product manager to strengthen the team of 6 Product managers who drive evolutions of key products. You will be working on our Crypto trading products and Custody.

Your missions :

• Build crypto product strategy with Sales, Business , Customer care,  Marketing & tech teams : plan the mid-term strategic plans to build a product competitive edge.
• Understand target audience and competition dynamics to formulate powerful insights for our crypto business
• Work with Product designers and UX research to develop creative and powerful product.
• Measure product usage and feature adoptions.
• Define Objective Key Result to cross-functional teams.
• Support to deliver the product by collaborating with Product Analyst on Strategical / Tactical objectives and align Product roadmap / Strategy.
• Provide ongoing reporting on your KPI products and Strategic Key Result.
• Collaborate with other product managers to share knowledge and strategy.

• You have a demonstrated experience (around 4 years) in the crypto business, tackling a strategic position.
• ·You have strong analytical skills and knowledge in Trading and staking Crypto Business
• You are recognized for your communication skills : you’ll need to communicate effectively your vision both internally and externally and you will interact with engineers and technical analysts on a daily basis.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written): this is our working language. Good level in French is a plus.
