Web3 Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams at Stader
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams

Essential Skills & experience:

• 4-5+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of launching amazing consumer products
• Proven experience of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision and attention to detail

Bonus points:

• Excitement/ hunger to learn about crypto space
• Experience in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency protocol
