Web3 Project Manager - LATAM

THE ROLE: Project Manager, LATAM

At Centre, the role of Project Manager, LATAM requires skills as broad and diverse as the opportunity we are creating. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and stablecoins and an intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and vision for the future of money that is limitless.

Working closely with the Alliances team and the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the project management of innovative stablecoin initiatives for our new Centre Alliances / Membership program. The role will work closely with Centre’s ecosystem of members located in Latin America to facilitate the issuance of global stablecoins.

Key responsibilities include managing complex and technical projects to facilitate the delivery of stablecoin solutions with partners in Latin America, using blockchain expertise and industry knowledge. The Project Manager will also collaborate with Centre’s Standards Community Project Coordinator to build out member forums and working groups to drive the contribution of global standards for stablecoins.

What You Will Do

Overall Role

  • Serve as a critical member of the Alliances team in executing strategic initiatives with Centre’s network and ecosystem of partners that advance Centre’s mission
  • Collaborate with Business Development team to understand the member value proposition and key partnership terms to onboard new members and implement and operationalize various projects
  • Develop detailed project management plans for delivery of complex projects and drive definition of scope, resource accountability, project schedules and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work cross functionally with key internal and external stakeholders, including Partnership Management, Business Development, Risk/Compliance, Standards, Product/Engineering and Strategy teams to track and develop deliverables for projects
  • Progress relationships with our members in Latin America: foster trusted relationships and at-scale loyal and contributing members, establish shared milestones and resolve business, policy and technical issues
  • Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and key partners
