Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in QA, preferably in a commercial development environment
- 3+ years of experience in test automation
- Strong understanding of web application testing
- In-depth knowledge of the software lifecycle (from requirements to production)
- Excellent Java skills (from 8)
- Expert knowledge of Selenium, Selenide, RestAssured, Jackson, Allure
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Additional skills and experience:
- Familiarity with other programming languages, such as JS or GoLang
- Experience with RFCs and their application in product research
- Experience in the development of E-commerce solutions
- Nice to have:
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Experience in cloud-based testing
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the testing team:
- Set up and manage the team’s KPIs
- Provide guidance and support
- Motivate and inspire the team
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Automate testing processes:
- Develop and implement automation frameworks and scripts
- Optimize test execution
- Analyze results and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure the quality and speed of regressions:
- Plan and execute regression test cycles
- Analyze and prioritize defects
- Track and report on progress
- Contribute to the overall QA strategy:
- Participate in the development of QA processes and procedures
- Work with stakeholders to define and implement quality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Conduct research testing at the primary stages
- Participate in business requirements testing
- Write automation tests at the API and WEB level according to well-formed scenarios
- Maintain various types of test documentation
- Develop and conduct all types and phases of testing: functional, non-functional, exploratory, smoke, sanity, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, role-based, load, performance, data, post-release / post-implementation
- Execute test cases/scenarios and analyze results
