Role Overview
Unlimint TZ Ltd is seeking a Call Center Sales Agent to join our team in Dar Es Salaam. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven professional who will play a key role in driving new business growth through outreach and appointment setting with potential clients via phone calls, social media and messengers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls based on our company database.
- Â Identify and engage potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Â Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners.
- Â Achieve and exceed sales and appointment targets.
- Â Develop a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Â Schedule and coordinate in-person meetings.
- Â Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
- Â Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Â Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Â Strong customer service mindset.
- Â Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Â Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Â Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus.
- Â Candidates with experience in Mobile Network Operators, Banks, and FinTech Companies in TZ will be considered in priority!
