Role Overview
Unlimint TZ Ltd is seeking a Call Center Sales Agent to join our team in Dar Es Salaam. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven professional who will play a key role in driving new business growth through outreach and appointment setting with potential clients via phone calls, social media and messengers.

Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound sales calls based on our company database.
    •  Identify and engage potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
    •  Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners.
    •  Achieve and exceed sales and appointment targets.
    •  Develop a strong understanding of our products and services.
    •  Schedule and coordinate in-person meetings.
    •  Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
    •  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    •  Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service.

Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    •  Strong customer service mindset.
    •  Effective time management and organizational skills.
    •  Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
    •  Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus.
    •  Candidates with experience in Mobile Network Operators, Banks, and FinTech Companies in TZ will be considered in priority!
