About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing Customer Operations team in Reno, NV or Charlotte, NC! As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll ensure that Figure is mitigating risk through ongoing review of customer success interactions, confirm loan processing adherence according to Figure’s Policies and Procedures, and analyze data to action continuous improvement projects. You will build out Figure’s quality assurance within the Customer Operations department taking ownership of this function and its long-term success. This is a great opportunity to own and lead the QA process with a fast-growth startup!
What You’ll Do
- Support the development and evolution of Figure’s existing multi-channel QA program
- Provide and report data reflecting risk to leaders in customer operations and communicate recommendations and identified solutions
- Properly document and communicate identified errors to department leads for review and correction
- Act as a collaborative partner for other business units in issue identification, resolution, and policy or procedure updates as necessary
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on all of Figure’s products and services, maintaining a current and comprehensive knowledge base.
- Develop and provide training to the customer operations team on a regular basis
- Determine and reinforce high customer service and accountability standards
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Support “ad-hoc” analytical and operations related projects
What We Look For
- 2+ years Quality Assurance experience in a call center environment
- BA/BS preferred in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Proficient to advanced in Excel
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment
- Accomplished leader with proven track record building and creating processes, procedures, and reporting
- Ability to build rapport and trust with teams cross-functionally and across all levels
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
