About the Role

We’re looking for a Workforce Management Specialist to join our growing Customer Operations team in Reno, NV or Charlotte, NC! As a Workforce Management Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing phone queues through real time monitoring, as well as assisting with scheduling and any last minute requests for our Customer Operations team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a fast-growth startup!

What You’ll Do

• Manage and monitor phone and off-phone activities
• Respond to behavior thresholds (such as Aux or ACW usage) that requires feedback and or action
• Assist with schedule updates, including meetings, overtime, trainings, as well as other off-phone activities
• Maintain requests via our email inbox
• Work with leadership on resource allocation, impacts on volume, abandonment rates, and other metrics
• Support “ad-hoc” analytical and operations related projects

What We Look For

• 2+ years of experience with working in Workforce Management
• Previous experience and understanding of Workforce Management software (IEX, Calabrio, Verint)
• Knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment
• Focused, self-motivated and reliable with the ability to stay focused on a task and work independently
• Ability to build rapport and trust with teams cross-functionally and across all levels
• Possesses a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build solid working relationships with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing workload and circumstances effectively as well as respond to new information quickly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup company
