MetaWealth is an investment platform, that is disrupting RWA Asset Classes, such as real estate, through the utilization of technology to enable easier, faster and cheaper investments to global investors. Within our platform, investors have the ability to invest in institutional grade investments in minutes and starting from a minimum investment of 100€. All of the assets are managed by our in-house asset management team providing passive investments for our customers. Ultimately, MetaWealth resolves all the traditional investing challenges current faced in many asset classes, such as real estate.
 
Following our market launch in April 2023, MetaWealth has secured exclusive real estate investments throughout Greece, Spain, Italy and Romania (totaling $29M) to-date but is expanding to 4 new markets within the FY 2025, providing an opportunity to work with content surrounding stunning real estate globally! We have acquired over 1.200 unique customers from 26 countries, within the MetaWealth platform!
MetaWealth is looking for a young, sales-driven and ambitious WINNER to join our scaling international team. If you are someone who wants to have the opportunity to control your own destiny, break records and grow within the fastest emerging market within the global real estate industry, tokenization, this is the right place for you. The current team operates in two branch offices, Bucharest and Marbella, but will be expanding its branch offices. Within MetaWealth, you will be working with true real estate experts as the combined real estate experience between leadership and this team is over 60 years as Fund Managers, Asset Managers, Property Managers, Investors and Developers within multiple North American and European markets.
The Sales Development Representative serves as the first point of contact for inbound prospective clients (leads and customer support) and primary point of contact for select investors. The Sales Development Representative will be qualifying all inbound prospective clients (leads and customer support) and will schedule appointments with our MetaWealth Consultants for large prospective clients. At the same time, you will handle the closing, and consistent upselling (ongoing investments), of small-medium prospective clients. In this critically important role, you will be expected to help grow MetaWealth’s investor base through the efficient use of your time with clients, prospective clients, centers of influence and community involvement, making an invaluable contribution to our firm.

Responsibilities

    • Initiate the first point of contact with all inbound prospective clients (leads and customer support) in order to qualify them as potential buyers of MetaWealth investments.
    • For all prospective clients that are determined to have qualified interest in investing 5k€+, for their first investment with MetaWealth, you will be responsible in scheduling an appointment with one of our MetaWealth Consultants out of the Bucharest HQ Office.
    • For all prospective clients that are determined to have qualified interest in investing less than 5k€, for their first investment with MetaWealth, you will be responsible for handling the entire sales cycle including the closing of the deal. These clients will remain under your control and will be targets for up-sells in future investments offered by MetaWealth.
    • Report directly to the Director of Professional Investor Relations.
    • Developandmanageexistingclientrelationships,with small-medium clients.
    • Activelyparticipateinthedevelopmentofnewbusinessandnetworkingopportunities.
    • Participate in local and international events.
    • Participate in marketing content creation as led by the Marketing Team.
    • CRM Management

Requirements

    • 1+ Year of Full-Sales Cycle Experience within Technology, Finance or Real Estate industries
    • Native Romanian Speaker
    • Near Native-Fluency in English
    • Operate daily out of Bucharest HQ Office (09:00 – 17:00; Monday – Friday)
    • Mustdemonstrateacommitmenttoextraordinaryclientservicethroughprofessionalexcellence,thehighestethicalstandards,andtheeffectiveuseofavailableresources.
    • A self-motivated, highly driven and entrepreneurial personality, with desire for career advancement.
    • Possess active listening and critical thinking skills.
