Web3 SCRUM MASTER

The Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to become part of our team as a Scrum Master.
This position requires the ability for managing tasks and the organization of the IT team.

Key Responsibilities

- Making sure that the Scrum process is being done properly

- Finding improvements and pro-actively proposing solutions for the current challenges

- Unblock dev team members that have task, concerns / queries

- Speed up development

- Task closing

Skills and Qualifications -

- At least +3 years of experience in similar roles.

- Professional english

- Good communication skills

- Management tools (Trello, Jira, etc)

- Messaging tools (Slack , Mattermost, etc) 
- Ability to work in a 90% remote environment

-  Knowledge of crypto, web3
- Practical and proactive person, who can make complex things simple.

- Based in Barcelona, Spain

- Great team player. Deadline-oriented, with initiative and an out-of-the-box thinking mind. Extroverted and with entrepreneurial spirit.
