Job Type
Campus Legends is growing our NFT product development team and we’re looking for a talented Motion Designer who can pioneer the future of collegiate athlete NFTs. In this role you will be responsible for designing innovative videos and completing template-based NFTs. As a member of the team, you’ll enjoy the freedom to champion new and fresh ideas. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, collaborative, and innovative culture.
LOCATION:
Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)
Experience
„ Motion design experience (5+ years).
„ Performs as a master in Adobe After Effects and an expert in Photoshop and Illustrator.
„ Understands, troubleshoots issues, and animates using Adobe After Effects.
„ Knows professional render engines (preferably Cinema 4D, Maya etc).
„ Edits using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
„ Demonstrates experience with sound design and ability to tell a story with music and sound effects.
„ Holds an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates a modern, athletic, and edgy approach to animation and design.
Education
Degree from a relevant art school or in a related field.

Creative Director, NFT Innovation
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
„ Use technical editing and animating skills to create compelling visual stories for athletes.
„ Quickly update After Effects project files at scale with multiple formats and sizes.
„ Work alongside other creative partners to obtain After Effects project files and customize them with athletes for multiple renders. Download and link plug-ins and set up files correctly.
„ Share ideas and creativity with the social media and marketing teams. Create videos to support the marketing needs.

„ Explain industry best practices coupled with a strong knowledge of design trends and software in order to strategically apply to creative executions.
„ Have a strong creative vision and understanding of business needs and objectives.
„ Understand licensing and rights management.
„ Stay organized and on task with tight timelines. Possess the ability to use project management tools and abide by the creative process.
„ Thrive in a start-up environment as an empowered self-starter.
