Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• 4+ years of experience in building visual experiences on rich customer facing applications.
• A strong product design portfolio that demonstrates how you design to solve for both business requirements and customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience of leading complex creative projects independently under stretched timelines.
• Have deep love for games and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to clearly present your work, be able to articulate and advocate design rationale.
• Deep understanding of design principles, best practices and industry practices in mobile & web.
• Expert partnering with cross functional teams in launching new products and improvements to existing features; enjoy leading conversations with teams and key stakeholders.
• Experience in data/research based decision making and shipping complex products that customers love.
• A passionate individual with a clear understanding of our mission and the impact we have on people’s lives.

You will 📲

• As a Senior Designer at Gaming Studio, you will work alongside the Director of Design to make an impact in a highly strategic and innovative design team - continually raising the bar.
• Your key responsibility is to apply your deep knowledge of visual, storytelling and user experience design (research, conceptual design, prototyping, shipping) to our game experiences.
• You will liaise within cross-functional partnerships across Business, Product, and Engineering and dedicate their collective creativity and execution to delivering experiences that bring delight to our customers.
• Be accountable to the business and oversee the strategic and tactical deliverables related to the design team
• Coordinate and plan with other functions. Manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identifying the appropriate UX methods and tools to use depending on project constraints.
• Contribute to our growing design system of patterns in an effort to cultivate a cohesive look & feel, and user experience across the platform
• Be part of a fun, humble team, always learning, collaborating with other designers to deliver a customer centered experience
