Web3 Senior Product Manager

Superfans is building a community management platform that will provide community leaders the toolkit to engage, identify, and reward their communities and support businesses with community-led growth.

Our platform will provide communities with a comprehensive way to follow their members' contributions on and off the chain:

- Real-time dashboards and metrics.

- Powerful data playground to explore contributions seamlessly.

- Easy rewards distribution, based on a workflow or one-time.

We are looking for our first team members to build the solution from scratch and be at the root of the creation of product culture. As a Senior Product Manager, you will become one of the A-players to lead the product strategy and define product-market fit. 

About the Role

• Gather market data and circle back with stakeholders to define priorities.
• Define product roadmap, with quick iterations in mind, using fair assessment of technical complexities.
• Work in close collaboration with our co-build partners.
• Liaise with the marketing team to optimize evangelization and amplify the impact of each release.
• Find new feature opportunities in SQL exploration.
• Set clear goals and metrics that align the whole company and hold everyone (founders included!) to be accountable.

About You

• Desire to go from 0 to 1, taking over product strategy, UX research, feature prioritization, and collaboration facilitation.
• Experience crafting phenomenal data-driven products.
• Familiarity with analytics and segmentation tools, CRMs, DSPs, and CDPs.
• Ability to prioritize features and implement a continuous shipping culture.
• Excellent team collaboration skills, including with founders and highly technical engineers.
• A genuine interest in communities and ways to a fair ownership economy.
• Strong written and oral skills with an ability for detailed articulations on complex issues.

• Good understanding SQL .
