We’re looking for a Senior Web3 Frontend Engineer (Lead) who enjoys building great interfaces, leading others, and helping customers succeed.

Tasks

What you’ll do

• Lead frontend architecture for complex Web3 applications (dashboards, protocol UIs, admin panels)
• Build interfaces for the next generation of financial applications - lending, trading, staking, RWAs, bridging, stablecoins
• Own frontend delivery end-to-end: architecture, implementation, performance, and quality
• Mentor and support other frontend engineers, review code, and set best practices
• Work closely with founders, smart contract and backend engineers to turn deep tech into usable products
• Align directly with customers on scope, timelines, and delivery expectations
• Act as a reliable technical partner who helps teams move faster and avoid pitfalls

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Strong expertise in React / Next.js / TypeScript
• Hands-on Web3 experience (wallets, signing flows, contract interactions)
• Solid UX intuition for financial and DeFi products
• Experience leading frontend work, mentoring engineers, and owning delivery
• Familiarity with data-heavy UIs (indexers, subgraphs, real-time data)
• A builder mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed
• Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers, viem)
• Previous work experience with user-friendly high-converting DeFi products
