Web3 Utility Scale Mining HR Coordinator

SUMMARY

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for various responsibilities within the Utility Scale Mining business unit. Managing business unit job descriptions, offer letters, recruiting. In addition, assisting with onboarding, and offering administrative support to all Utility Scale Mining employees are a few of these duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Assist in conducting new hire Onboarding for USM employees.

1. Assist with the recruiting and interviewing process. Check candidates’ reference’s as needed. Work with local recruiting agencies to fill roles.

1. Work with the supervisors/managers on site in reviewing the employees’ timecards for accuracy and making sure managers are approving in a timely manner.

1. Identifying employees needs and assist as needed.

1. Coordinate with corporate HR to ensure paperwork and employment records up to date.

1. Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • 2-3 years’ experience as a Human Resources Coordinator / Assistant.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Preferred, but not required, certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
• Good organization, time management and prioritization.
