Web3 UX Design Lead

Nash is hiring a UX Design Lead to help us build the best place to grow your money the modern way: buy with euros and earn with crypto. Your role in a nutshell: conduct extensive user research and translate the results of your research into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and designs. Your end goal is to bring our customer experience to new heights, coupled with our (soon to be launched) new brand identity, new products & services, to become the number one personal finance app. 

This is a central role in our organization
You are part of the marketing team, optimizing customer journeys with our brand, content and paid marketers as well as working closely with IT,  business development, analytics and external agencies. So you play an essential role in all core company processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process

• Understand our customers

• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate on your designs

• Be responsible for successful customer engagement on our owned channels, including our website and mobile app.

• Build a strong user research program to validate problems and solutions

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders throughout the organisation

Requirements

• 5 or more years of digital UX design experience, working on mobile apps and collaborating with development

• Expertise in standard design software such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript is a plus

• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design

• A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing and A/B testing

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to all stakeholders
