Blockchain Creative Labs is looking for a top notch Senior Producer to join our NFT production team. Qualified individuals are expected to be organized, with excellent communication skills, and have a consistent track record in management of both internal team members and external outsourcing partners.

As the Senior Producer in BCL, you will work directly with Project Managers and BCL clients to understand their visions; Then, work with Creative, Technology, and other internal and external teams to bring those visions to life. An essential part of the producer role is the communication of the key daily, weekly, and quarterly goals, achievements, issues, concerns, and features to the development/production team. You must explore the world of NFTs and Blockchain production in order to lead a full Dev Team throughout production and establish best practices.

Position to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with production, tech and product leads to create and manage the production schedule and budget of the development team
• Liaising directly with product managers to ensure that key developmental and production objectives are satisfied
• Prepare and execute realistic project budgets and schedules for the art team, including milestones and deliverables
• Implement project tracking
• Maximizing project management techniques to plan timelines, ensure projects reach their milestones, adhering to a budget, and meeting high-quality standards
• Ensure necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties that could impede progress or compromise achievement of scheduled milestones
• Ensure all metadata is tagged to finished assets accordingly
• Manage and continue to improve the production process, implementing all disciplines inside the team for increased efficiency across multiple teams/projects
• Remove impediments so team members can get their job done; leading internal and external Production Team to deliver top quality and as efficiently as possible in this fast paced and uncharted environment
• Write internal documentation as necessary, including department best practices and guidelines
• Ensure the proper NFT Art pipeline is created and managed in a fast paced, constantly changing environment in order to keep up with this new market
• Continuously track and monitor task completion to always have a clear image of the project status at any point
• Monitor team morale; Ensure all team members are engaged and involved in the project, and performing their daily tasks in an efficient manner - with adequate equipment, tools and support
• Work with the in house Art Director, AP, PC, PA
• Assist with filling key artistic roles inside and outside of the company
• Gather project requirements, goals, and scope estimates to define and track project tasks and resource requirements, working closely with leadership and Product Manager to steer roadmap and ensure resources align accordingly
• Ensure communication updates flow consistently to all necessary team members and stakeholders
• Schedule and attend development meetings, set agendas, facilitate discussions, take notes, and identify action points arising from any meeting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design, and production teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years production experience with one or more complete development cycles in a production role
• 3+ years of experience as a Producer
• Experience in digital asset management, organization, and meta data
• Experience in implementing, improving and working within a fast paced organization
• Outstanding communication, relationship building, creative problem-solving, project management & organizational skills
• Deadline driven and detail-oriented – a strategic thinker with a high attention to detail
• Self-driven, experienced, and passionate about the role, blockchain, crypto, and NFTs
• Strong understanding of the creative & product development process
• Ability to present production updates to executive leadership team
• Ability to manage and mentor APs & PCs
• Experience working with project managers and high profile clientele
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines
