Your purpose at Copper will be to work with Product Managers and help deliver the products on the roadmap in a structured manner with the right level of comms both upward and downwards.

This role is to support the Project & Programme Managers and the Product team in delivery including co-ordination, planning, control, reporting, analysis, and insights.

Key Responsibilities of the role

  • Supporting the PMO and Product team with gathering and analysing project data.
  • Preparing project status reports for management review.
  • Communicating with stakeholders about the status and progress of their projects.
  • Preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Maintenance of the Risk & Issue log, ensuring risks are captured in the correct format and that mitigation plans are valid and in place.
  • Supporting people in the business with Governance Framework and driving good practice.
  • Support a continuous improvement culture; identifying ways to improve governance frameworks and the way we work.
  • Working with Project and Product Managers to ensure that all governance and documentation completed the expected level of quality.

Your experience, skills and knowledge

  • Prior experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Possess high attention for detail and ability to multitask
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly-changing environment.
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (or similar) and MS PowerPoint.
  • Analytical, good problem-solver, and strong critical thinking skills.
  • A self-starter, who works well independently, must be exceptionally organized, and can accomplish tasks effectively.
  • Strong program coordination and administration abilities.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
