Remote position for an exciting Social networking startup that is poised to decentralize the future of work. We are looking for talented Content Creator with with experience who has a strong focus on campaign level execution. Our goal is to rapidly develop secure, scalable technologies to support the changing landscape of what it means to work. Due to growth, we are looking to add a enthusiastic Content Creator who possesses the “X” factor and delivers results consistently by driving the right message to the right segment at the time.

Responsibilities

• BA/BS degree, preferably in Journalism, Communications or related field with emphasis on digital publishing
• Excellent writer and storyteller
• Impeccable writing and copy editing skills
• Strong on camera presence
• Overwhelming attention to detail
• Thrive under deadline pressure
• Stellar communication skills
• Proficient in content management systems, content creation software, video publishing, video editing live streaming, and digital analytics tools
• Must be willing to work various shifts, including nights and weekends

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience planning, creating and executing content.
• Must have a quantifiable track record of building an audience of at least 25k followers on at least 1 social networking channel
• As the Content Creator, you will work closely with the brand and marketing team to deliver on our brand identity through short-and mid-form videos and creative across multiple channels
• Interest in blockchain and/or Crypto
• Develop a deep understanding of what drives content conversion across all social channels and ads, and build SOPs aligned with these best practices
• Ideate, create and edit visually captivating visual content for social platforms
• Responsible for shooting (and editing) high quality, visually compelling still imagery and video assets for the brand
• Utilizing channel-specific tactics, create, test and optimize engaging, performance-driven visual content to support social media goals across various all of our platforms (Display, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc)
• Collaborate with cross functional team members to clearly articulate storytelling objectives and key selling points through content
• Execute the end-to-end content production process including pre-production planning, storyboarding, production, filming, post-production and editing
• Ideate and test new content and formats to drive engagement across all social platforms
• Partner with our paid social team to support the deployment of social campaigns when needed
• Collaborate with our Social Media Strategist to analyze engagement data to spot trends, identify what resonates with our audience and propose new strategies based on our findings
• Organize and maintain our photography and video library, ensuring all assets are easily accessible
