What is the role?

We are currently hiring for a Talent, Associateto work within Digital Currency Group's newest subsidiary. The new subsidiary remains in stealth mode, but will be working with the world’s leading crypto, blockchain, and DeFi entrepreneurs and investors.

In this role, you will ensure we hire the very best people to join our team. From sourcing tactics to offer negotiations, you will own the end-to-end candidate experience. You will be a thought partner to our Chief People Officer, CEO, and hiring managers as we scale the organization. You will hire across all departments, including tech, investing, corporate services.

What we expect

Expertise in Recruiting

  • 3+ years of experience working as a recruiter, preferably with inhouse experience.
  • Bonus points for previous work in financial services or tech firms
  • Experience working with the tools of the trade (our current stack includes Hiretual, Linkedin Recruiter, and Greenhouse).

Solving problems, together

  • You are a proven collaborator and communicator; you know how to listen and work well with experts across disciplines.
  • You know how to admit what you don’t know, and how to ask the right people for help.
  • You thrive working in complex environments with many internal and external stakeholders.
  • You take privacy and security seriously, and always consider them when developing solutions.
