We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager in the blockchain space to develop, implement, track and optimize our paid acquisition campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.
• Develop and manage prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
• Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
• Successfully plan, execute, optimize for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & owned media channels.
• Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established KPIs.Run A/B tests to identify the best performing ads.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results..Work with the Marketing team to ensure messaging across all channels is consistent and aligned.

• Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.

• Proven experience as a performance marketing manager or similar role in the blockchain space with 2+ years of experience.

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

• Hands on experience with managing campaigns to drive brand awarenes and bottomline user acquisitions.

• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

• Experience with A/B and multivariate tests.

• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.

• Indepth knowledge of performance marketing metrics.

• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
