Hype Partners is primarily remote culture with team members spread across the globe, however, the core team is primarily based in Europe.
As blockchain technology continues to change the world, Hype is growing rapidly to help our clients build their communities and is looking for a community manager to help drive innovative digital campaigns.
We're looking to reinforce our community campaigns team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create and run entertaining online events for crypto communities. This is a new industry, and we're constantly evolving and trying new ideas.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, run, and manage community engagement campaigns for multiple clients;
Strategically advise clients in ways to build and interact with their communities;
Assist the Head of Department with managing the department priorities and team.
Qualifications
Creative mindset;
Understanding of community building and experience interacting with web3 communities;
Understanding of the cryptocurrencies and Web3 space;
High degree of empathy;
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and industry;
Experience running community engagement events in the past.
