Impact Theory is a freakishly ambitious LA-based Web3 studio, committed to telling stories of empowerment and human potential. We currently produce a wide variety of scripted, unscripted, and digital content for OTT streamers, YouTube, Spotify, WEBTOON, podcasts, and our own internal online learning platform. All of Impact Theory’s content is focused on entertaining and empowering people the world over. We are embarking on our newest venture into the Blockchain entertainment and NFT space and are building a world class team in the process. Impact Theory is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our company’s creative efforts across our entire ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Level up and unify the look and feel of our entire brand ecosystem.
- Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in all production of graphic design, web UI/UX, print, video, and digital marketing collateral
- Manage and own the creative process from concept to completion while developing the brand vision for the Company
- Responsible for steering visual representation, tone of voice, and the brand aesthetic across all campaign touchpoints
- Translate company objectives into clear and creative strategies
- Collaborate with multiple departments in the execution and implementation of company marketing strategy and goals
- Create and oversee multi-channel, full funnel campaign development from concept through execution
- Create and implement branding guidelines that captures the brand voice, including tone and visual >
- Manage a cross-discipline team of creatives to ensure brand standards and brand consistency across all touch points
- Work with our game and story Creative Director to ensure consistency across all marketing assets regardless of channel
Qualifications
- Must be flexible, motivated, and highly collaborative, this role will need a self starter who can roll up their sleeves and get things done
- 5+ years experience as a creative lead or progressive senior leadership roles
- 10+ years of progressive advertising experience, developing and creating for digital and social strategies and campaigns
- Mastery of industry and digital best practices coupled with a strong knowledge of industry and creative trends
- Ability to present information concisely and accurately in an engaging manner
- Obsession with results and ability to integrate performance data into designs
- Ability to establish and maintain efficient work flow processes
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects without sacrificing results or quality of work
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with both non-entertainment and entertainment-based brands
