A leading multi-billion dollar global investment firm specializing in crypto & other digital assets is seeking a Trading Operations Specialist to manage, optimize, and spearhead the evolution of its trading infrastructure. This is a full-time position based in New York, with opportunities to collaborate across multiple teams including engineering, front office trading teams, middle office risk teams, compliance, and senior management.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day custody as well as staking operations (DEX, CEX), including token flows, validator coordination, and lifecycle management (delegations, ROI tracking, unlocking schedules, and reporting).
• Manage trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation across DEX and CEX, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle liquidity and cash management, including real-time collateral monitoring, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Design and enhance internal operational infrastructure to improve existing order routing, margin management, and data/reporting pipelines.
• Work cross-functionally with trading, compliance, finance, and engineering teams to align processes with firm-wide strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in trading operations, trade operations, or trading execution within a high-performing investment or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of financial markets operations and trading technology infrastructure.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, or alternative investments is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
