Role: Head of Growth Operations

Role Mission: The next bitcoins start on LATOKEN. Double traders each month by scaling growth team to list top projects with co-marketing and high price growth potential.

Main performance number: Traders Growth Rate, MoM
Second performance number: Fees Collected
Third performance number: Managers >10k traders acquired last month

Functions:

• Scale Team : Double team each month while ensuring high performance with olympic games design.
• Sport Challenge : Leverage real-time rankings by traders acquired and co-marketing activity to spur performance.
• Sourcing : Ensure top crypto projects are on our focus - incentivise growth managers and build token analytics.
• Custdev : Custdev yourself and encourage growth managers to evolve the growth and other products.
• CRM : Ensure CRM processes and funnel analytics is transparent, automated and evolving fast to empower growth managers to cross-sell products.
• Good Standing : Ensure listed tokens have regular co-marketing activity to meet good standing or get delisted.
• Listing Success : Automate and assure quality of listing process and relations with clients.
• Liquidity : Attract traders with high CMC/CG rankings and tight spreads from day one (< 1% with min 20k + usdt volume).

Requirement skills and experience:

• 2+ years in process automation and team management in a high paced international environment.
• Big3 or equivalent process structuring experience.
• Partnership/affiliate marketing is an advantage.
• Experience in the blockchain is a plus.
• Problem-solving and critical reasoning skills (700+ GMAT level / won city level olympiad).
• Python, SQL skills for analytics are desirable.
• Giving candid feedback, transparent and open-minded.
• Fluent English.
