About the Role
Milo is looking for a product leader to drive our Crypto Loan product. As Senior Product Manager, Crypto Loans you will set the product vision, strategy and lead roadmap execution for our growing crypto loan platform. This person will lead a team of product managers and partner with our cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Sales, Customer Services) to make Milo Crypto Loan a success. We're looking for an ambitious and motivated product leader with a track record of shipping innovative products as well as scaling and leading great teams!
Your Mission
- Be Milo’s Crypto Loan product leader, owning product discovery and execution for this business line
- Work with PMs and cross-functional leaders to set roadmaps and goals aligned to the product strategy, and then lead coordination of efforts across different parts of the organization
- Lead, manage and grow a product team focused on designing, developing and delivering crypto loan products
- Work closely with engineering, design, loan operations, and other applicable stakeholders to define crypto loan product vision and position to maximize impact and growth
- Work with compliance & navigate the evolving cryptocurrency regulatory environment, ensuring the appropriate positioning of the product platform for Milo and our users
- Keep pulse on cryptocurrency market trends through news flow and client interactions
About You
- At least 4+ years of product management experience and expertise in building and supporting products from the ground up at a VC backed startup
- 2+ years working experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies
- 2+ years working experience with direct-to-consumer lending
- Experience in a high-growth, fast paced startup environment
- Ability to think strategically and with high attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational skills, the ability to be flexible, & prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively (both technically and non-technically) with senior leaders, external partners and internal staff
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, positive attitude, and self-thought mentality is a must
