Obinex is the first fully gamified centralized exchange (CEX), where finance meets game mechanics and NFT-powered experiences. We’re building the platform that will redefine how millions of users interact with trading, staking, and digital economies.
Our MVP is in development, and we’re assembling a global founding team. Now we’re looking for a Marketing Manager (Full-Stack) who can design strategy and execute it end-to-end: writing copy, creating visuals and videos, and delivering high-impact campaigns across all channels.
The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Full Stack Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with the ability to design and produce content independently. You won’t just define Obinex’s marketing direction—you’ll also create the assets that make it real: LinkedIn posts, newsletters, pitch decks, memos, one-pagers, and investor materials.
You will:
- Define and own Obinex’s marketing strategy for early-stage growth.
- Write compelling copy for LinkedIn, newsletters, decks, memos, and one-pagers.
- Design images, visuals, and short videos for social posts and campaigns.
- Create and maintain pitch decks and investor-facing materials.
- Build storytelling campaigns around Obinex’s gamified features and vision.
- Run newsletter platforms (Substack, Mailchimp, Beehiiv) and track performance.
- Analyze engagement metrics and iterate campaigns for maximum impact.
What will you do?
- Develop and roll out Obinex’s brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Drive daily storytelling campaigns on LinkedIn with self-produced copy and visuals.
- Produce and update investor materials (decks, memos, one-pagers).
- Launch and grow Obinex’s newsletter audience.
- Create visual and motion content that differentiates Obinex in fintech & Web3.
- Build the foundation for scalable marketing operations as the company grows.
What will you bring?
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with proven ability to both strategize and execute.
- Strong portfolio of copywriting and design work (social posts, newsletters, decks, videos).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
- Experience producing pitch decks, newsletters, and campaign assets independently.
- Strong storytelling and narrative skills for both retail and investor audiences.
- English proficiency.
Nice to Have:
- Background in fintech, SaaS, Web3, or gaming.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Experience working in pre-seed/seed-stage startups.
