We're looking to immediately contract a Project Manager for our platform’s ecosystem of web3 creators.

• Drive 3 active projects.

• This is a non-remote, full-time contract for 13 weeks; revisit at end of contract.

• Occasional hours needed to coordinate with international partners. Our offices are located in West Hollywood, Los Angeles.

This person has strong experience in client relations and project management and will work with a wide range of creative profiles (micro-influencers to high profile public figures). This person reports to the Director of Production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Planning & Execution Across Project Production Stages; Up to 3 Projects transferred by Director of Production.

• Drive Project Communication, Timeline & Milestones with Project Team & Project Partner(s)

• Facilitate Meetings with Project Team & Project Partner(s)

• Facilitate Post-Mortem Debrief With Project Team & Project Partner(s)

• Coordinate Tasks & Deliverables Assignment with Project Team

• Coordinate NFT / Key Assets Creation Team Assignment with Director of Production; Transfer Management to Team Member Driving Content Production.

• Coordinate Social Media / Content Marketing / Community Facilitation Team Assignment with Director of Community; Transfer Management to Team Member Driving Community Management.

• Confirm Platform Capability Updates with Director of Production

• Coordinate Platform Team Tasks with Platform Liaison

• Confirm Web3 Strategies Across Project with Assigned Web3 Advisors

• Daily Huddles & Weekly Meetings for Project Status Updates with Director of Production

• Report Resource Requests, Obstacles, Challenges to Director of Production

• Report Project Partner or Internal Team Conflict Resolution Needs to Director of Production

• Monthly 360 Culture & Performance Conversation with Director of Production

• Participate in Web3 Learning Journey

Who We Look For:

• Minimum 3 years experience driving creative or tech projects from creative development through deployments and public releases.

• Minimum 3 years experience managing relationships with high-touch clients and partners.

• Minimum 2 years experience directly managing deliverables with creative & technical teams.

• Excellent communication and initiative in maintaining timelines and milestone progress with internal teams, clients, and partners.

• Strong ability to facilitate meeting outcomes with internal teams, clients, and partners.

• Strong ability to communicate with technical, design, and engineering teams.

• Experience in triaging challenges and relaying conflict.

• Highly Proficient with Airtable, Google Suite, Miro, and other project management tools.

• Strong desire to learn from others, take initiative, and collaborate.
