Pye Labs is hiring an experienced Developer Relations Lead to own day-to-day communication with Solana validators. This role sits directly between business development and engineering and is responsible for onboarding validators into our beta.
Reponsibilities
- Manage validator communications across Telegram and Discord
- Keep documentation up to date ( CLI, protocol)
- Onboarding validators through:
- User guides
- 1:1 calls and screen sharing
- Async troubleshooting
- Report bugs, issues and feature requests to the engineering team
- Work with business development to make sure validators move through the pipeline (onboarding, DeFi trials, new features)
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience working with Solana validators, DeFi, staking
- Comfortable using Git, GitHub and Supabase
- Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, validators, and leadership
- Comfortable jumping on calls, debugging issues and troubleshooting
