About the role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a minimum 4 years of marketing experience, highly capable to manage different marketing processes. This role works directly with the CMO, supporting daily execution of different marketing plans and acting as a coordinator and supporting function towards other marketing team leads.
The specialist is expected to be creative individuals with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management, able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities.

For this role you will need to:

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
• Developing and implementing marketing plans together with the CMO
• Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
• Support and execute innovative marketing campaigns acting as Social media manager supporting function.
• Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
• Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
• Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
• Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
• Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning - Example: Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
• Performing other duties when needed.

Ideally, you will also have:

• 4 or more years of marketing experience (tech industry) in a corporate, or agency environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience within blockchain industry.
• Experience using analytics software.
• Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English language required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Work in CET/CEST time-zone
