As a Social Media Manager with an emphasis on brand building in Web3, you will help shape the brand narrative and strategy across emerging channels. This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing with exposure to the C-level management team. You must be a self-starter and work collaboratively across multiple teams and agency partners while ensuring clarity and momentum to drive high growth and deep engagement across all social media platforms. The Social team leads exciting and high-profile campaigns and are are also responsible for developing and maintaining a strong and resonant narrative across SYKY’s Global brand channels. Projects will often be the ‘first’ of its kind, unprecedented in the luxury fashion and tech industry and the ideal person for this role will enjoy and thrive in driving leadership initiatives.

  • Develop and direct social media campaigns around major brand moments, from initial conception all the way to posting and reporting.
  • Lead day-to-day social media management on Twitter, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, and multiple other channels.
  • Stay current with web3 industry developments. Assist in drafting and researching and reporting industry trends and analytics.
  • Create monthly reports on KPIs, and marketing metrics across all channels.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional & cross-partnership projects with several internal teams and best in class agencies,leading multiple efforts simultaneously.
  • Drive clarity and momentum as you communicate across all teams. You will need to have a very well-developed project management skillset, with an emphasis on strong communication skills.
  • Lead meetings and conference calls, and effectively set up the presentation of social work.
  • Develop and distribute a variety of documentation from social briefs, strategy decks, and engagement calendars across industry-standard tools such as Google Docs and Sprinklr.

  • You have the ability to work independently, assess issues and recommend a course of action.
  • Highly accustomed to hitting realistic deadlines and goals.
  • Proficient in understanding, building, and updating content calendars.
  • Adept in using data and analytics to make decisions.
  • Extremely comfortable with analytics and performance-driven frameworks.
  • Must be a proficient writer and skilled in creating engaging content across multiple platforms, including video.
  • You’re excited to talk about the latest digital fashion drop, curious about the evolution of fashion and love to drive culture forward.


  • 1-3+ years in marketing and social media.
  • Experience with community development.
  • Skilled with Discord, Twitter, and good knowledge of Crypto/Blockchain/NFTs/Web 3.
  • A team player, positive attitude and the ability to work well with team members and partners.
  • Proficiency with social media and analytics tools.
  • Strong partner to creative and internal teams.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and running high level meetings.
  • Has a flexible attitude and can work in ambiguous situations.
