About this role


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist with IT/Tech recruitment experience to join us on a permanent basis. In this role, you will mainly support the Lithuania-based tech team with all their recruiting needs, focusing on candidates in and around the European timezones.


The majority of your vacancies are are going to be technical, however there might be others needing your support, too. The technical roles will vary and will cover the whole spectrum of technology, including front-end, back-end, DevOps, support, management and others, so candidates with both specialist and generalist technical recruitment experience will be considered for the role.


We're a remote-first company, so you can be based anywhere, as long as your schedule can be aligned to European timezones (and you're always free to come to the office in Vilnius, too!)


 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of technical and non-technical roles to find the best talent, mainly focusing on hiring in Lithuania/Europe.
  • Work together with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify their recruitment needs, define and review job descriptions, post and manage the vacancies.
  • Actively source, interview, and select exceptional talent, both from a technical and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Build a pipeline of prospective/suitable candidates using different hiring channels (including direct search).
  • Contribute ideas to improve our processes and hiring strategy.


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of full-cycle tech recruitment experience in an agency or in-house.
    • Experience in tech startups preferable

  • Experience in recruiting for a variety of different roles and skillsets, with a focus on technical recruitment. 
  • Strong and demonstrable experience actively sourcing candidates (through LinkedIn).
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of the recruitment market in Lithuania.
  • Experience in closing candidates and negotiating offer terms.
  • Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time.
  • Experience sourcing and hiring candidates internationally would be preferred.
  • Start-up mindset and desire to achieve great results
  • Attention to detail and great organizational skills.
  • An understanding of (or desire to learn about) blockchain / crypto space.

  • The expected salary range for this role is €1700-€2600 eur/month (net), but will largely depend on experience.
