We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced full-time Social Media Manager who is passionate about web3, NFTs, and cryptocurrency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing strategies, and will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, building engagement and community, and creating content that drives brand awareness and engagement. This role will report to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts across various platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content that aligns with our brand's tone, voice and values.
• Engage and reply to various communities across Twitter and Instagram daily.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns, strategies, and tactics to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and community growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the web3, NFTs, and cryptocurrency space, and identify opportunities to leverage emerging social media platforms and channels.
• Monitor social media metrics and analytics to measure performance and optimize strategies for improved results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design to create compelling social media content that resonates with our target audience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via social media channels, and maintain a positive and engaging presence on behalf of the brand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a social media manager, with at least 2 years of experience in managing social media accounts, with preference to those with experience in web3, NFTs, and cryptocurrency space.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Experience with TikTok and Discord community management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling social media content that resonates with our target audience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• A passion for emerging technology, including web3, NFTs, and cryptocurrency, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the space.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, as well as work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, to create social media content is a plus.
• Must be able to work in North American time zones (AST, EST, CST, MST, and PST).
• Provide samples of social media accounts managed and their results.
